Just reading your post. I am so glad to know these things correct themselves.

has a similar problem in that the muscles are not pushing his food all

the way down and it is collecting there. He has stopped breathing several times

in his sleep. They say he will grow out of it, but at 16 months, I am ready

for that to happen. Thanks for posting this.

not eating. She was on oxygen for some time and then on a monitor at home for 9

months. Scary when that would go off in the middle of the night. What they

found out later was that the flap that goes into your stomach wasn't working

properly and the food was blocking the airway. This is something that has

corrected itself. Just wanted to let you know now she is a healthy 6 year old

and is hardly ever sick, been on a antibiotic maybe 2 times. Good Luck.
