Can someone tell me the difference between MA, In-Toeing, and the sign of

relapse? I sent pics to Dr. P and he said to watch her forefoot close. I only

spoke with Joyce, his nurse, so I didnt get alot of info. I tried calling Dr. P,

but have been unable to reach him. He also meansioned to Joyce to tell me that

when Lilee stands and mostly when she crawls it appeard that she is curling her

toes under. And to try to discourage her for doing so. How do I do that? He also

said to up her brace time to 15hrs instead of 10hrs. This is Ok with me, but I

have been having a hard time with Lilee doing so. It isnt really that she gets

upset. She does a little, but not bad. But rather that she is so mobile without

them on. Crawling (the way she crawls she can not do with the brace on. 1 leg

stuck out sideways), pulling up and standing, and cruizing. She gets upset that

she can do these things with the brace on well. She actually is hurting herself.

She wacks her shins when going from a sitting to a crawling position. She slips

and falls banding herself all over when she trys to stand. Her shins, and head

look like I beat her. :o(

I try to supervise her, but with 4 kids that just isnt possible. She has never

learned all this cause she didnt crawl until she was dropped to 10hrs, which I

have only done at night. I put a pad on the bar, but it hasnt helped much. I am

debating putting a non-skid lift on the shoe to help with imbalance when

standing. I just dont know what to do. She only sleeps during the day taking

power naps (20 min, at a time). HELP!
