Guest guest
Adam's hair continues to be pencil thin. I figured it was just a boy thing. I have thin hair but a ton of it, and same with my daughter. I don't know about Adam's dad. It looks thick but I'm not sure if that is like us girls (alot of thin hair or something else). Deb thin hair? > Hey everyone, > I was realizing the other day that Dasia will be 2 in just 4 > months, and for this age her hair seems to be sooo thin! Guest guest
Jess I think that those pics are just gorgeous! The pics are so big! That's why it took up too much room on the rss cite. Love you! -- thin hair? Hey everyone, I was realizing the other day that Dasia will be 2 in just 4 months, and for this age her hair seems to be sooo thin! Has anyone noticed this at this age, will it get thicker? It is definitely getting longer, but you can see right through it! Thanks,
Guest guest
- my son Ian's hair was so thin and falling out - I took him to the doc to check for thyroid issues - so, that's an option for you. Ian received a good report with no issues - but, I was told by his dermatologist when he had surgery on his head for a nevus - that RSS children and younger children in general have thinner hair but it changes as they get older. I've noticed a difference already. My son who is now 3 had NO hair until he was 2 years!!! He still has thin hair but it has gotten thicker now that he is almost 4. A lot of it is hereditary - not necessarily from you or your dh but from grandparents as well. - H > > Hey everyone, > I was realizing the other day that Dasia will be 2 in just 4 > months, and for this age her hair seems to be sooo thin! Guest guest
, I have a non-RSS daughter who will be 2 in February. She has thin hair too. My personal opinion is that it is just a genetics thing. My RSS son has thicker hair as does my non-RSS son. By the way, I checked her picture out, and she is very cute! Her hair doesn't look any thinner than some other kids I have seen her age. Guest guest
Hi, my daughter Dalia also has thin hair, although I have had it cut twice in the last several months and this has really helped a lot. BTW, I like the name Dasia, it is similar to Dalia...what is the origin? Sheryl (Dalia, 22 mos, RSS and Hanna, 2 mos, non-RSS) > > Hey everyone, > I was realizing the other day that Dasia will be 2 in just 4 > months, and for this age her hair seems to be sooo thin! Guest guest
My mom is Greek, and they have a tradition of shaving their girls' heads at a year old to make their hair thicker. My mom didn't do this with me, and my hair was thin. But I remember a lot of Greek friends with thick hair who attributed it to this. My mom was a hairdresser and said there was some reason I forget - perhaps strengthening the roots. We had a really strong tree in our back yard with lots of branches which my brother had kept accidentally mowing over when it was just a sapling, so maybe trees an hair have something in common!
