Hey Judith,

I am so sorry about your co-workers. Definitely make

sure you have your epi-pen with you at all times. I

always say, no one will take care of my kids the way I

do so I need to take care of myself.

So sorry to hear about your friends. Life is so difficult at times

and at their young age is such a tragedy. Please hang in there and

write me anytime if ya need to vent some more.

We'll be thinking of your young friends and their families.

Judith,

What a tragic way to start your week. Those poor young adults. I'm

sure the atmosphere in your office was one of sadness today. I hope

you made it home to hug your kids and enjoy some time with them. Now,

put that Epi-pen in your bag!

Judith,

I am so sorry to hear about your co-workers. That is so sad for both

of them and their families. Really scary about the allergy and

asthma attack. You really need to get that pen in your purse.

Really, you do! Take care and let us know how you are doing with all

of this. We will be hear for listening and support.

Take care,

Jodi R.

First, thanks for all of your kind thoughts. They really help.

I am definitely feeling better today. Last night I went to karate and

did a lot of punching and kicking. It really helps!!!
