Hi ,

Thanks for the great graham cracker recipe. I'm going to try that one at

home but my daughter's teacher thought it would be too complicated for her to

do at school with the children because the dough needs to be refrigerated for

an hour first and that won't work with her class schedule. I asked her if I

could send in ingredients for a simple cookie recipe so Jacquie could be

included in the project, and she said that would be fine and she would just

make our gfcf cookies for all the kids and forget the graham crackers. So it

all worked out.
