last night my mom had to call the ambulance and have my dad taken to

the hospital. he had a stroke and a seizure at home. they found when

he got to the hospital and did a CAT scan that he has a brain bleed

which caused both. they then transfered him to another hospital in PA

that is able to handle it better (in case they have to do surgery on

the bleed) while waiting to be transfered he had another seizure which

they were able to stop. he had lost feeling and use in his left arm and

leg but was getting it back in his leg last night. he then had a

slight stroke on his right side as well. he is now in St. Lukes

Hospital in ICU. please keep him in your thoughts and prayers!!

hey all!!

thank you for your thoughts and prayers for my dad. he is in the ICU

at St Lukes in Bethlehem, PA (about 30 mins from us) as of right now

they are saying that they wont have to operate on the bleed. he is

paralyzed on his left side from the shoulder down to his ankle. can

move his toes and foot on that side only. he is also having some

trouble keeping his head up straight (his head falls to the left after

a few sec.) his speech is fine and he can eat, drink, and talk. short

term memory isnt that great. we will just have to wait and see.

we will be taking christopher into philly tomorrow for his appt at

shriners so wish us luck!!
