I have a question about yogurt..what is the difference between cultured and

pasteurized yogurt? Which is better? I am asking cause I took my middle son

to the pediatrician the other day..she is doing tests on him to see if he has

a gluten allergy also..but she suggested using cultured yogurt and not

pasteurized yogurt but was extremely busy so I didn't have time to ask why?
