of those food at Safeway are not only genetically engineered but they are also

very bad for people who are also allergic to red dye#5 and 2 plus preservatives

and starches that they add to the products.

stay away from Safeway as much as I can.

They

inject red dye #5 in their meat, plus they feed their cows who knows what….

And

the eggs? How are those hens fed? Are they kept free range? NO.

All

of their veggies are also sprayed with toxins and pesticides.

I

am trying to keep away from all processed foods, if you have to read a label

for me is NO!

I

just eat brown rice and organic veggies.

This

is the only way I am able to heal my gut.

I'm not allergic to dyes and preservatives. I guess I am lucky.
