Welcome and glad you have joined us here. Im Judie from Idaho.....my

husband and I both had the DS in November of 2000 in Portland, Oregon and I

tell you its the best thing we ever did for ourselves. Mike has lost 135

lbs and Im down 88 lbs (effortlessly) and we eat whatever and whenever we

want.

I can understand your reluctance to do this yet recognize the need to do

something about the weight....been there, done that but I tell ya........I

would do it all over again many many more times to get to where I am today!
