GF almond extract or 1 tsp GF vanilla >(I use vanilla) >2 1/2 cups GFCF flour blend ( 2 cups rice flour 2/3 cups potato starch, >1/3 cup tapioca starch) >1 1/2 tsp xanthan gum >1 tsp baking powder >1 tsp salt > >Mix margarine, sugar eggs, and flavoring thoroughly. Combine flour, >baking powder, salt and xanthan gum together, blend in. Chill at least 1 hour. > >Heat oven to 375 degrees. Roll dough 1/8 in thick on lightly gfcf floured >surface.
