Problem with Ordering Shoes

Is anyone else having problems ordering the Markells? We ordered a new

pair of Size 1 shoes for Austin 2.5 weeks ago and they told us they

would be in within a day or two. Its been two weeks and they can't even

tell me when they are going to be in. The shoes he has now are too

small and not really sure what to do at this point...The company is

and Filippis. Any suggestions or comments would be helpful.

We had trouble with our first pair. The orthotist we got them from said

they never came and had to reorder them. He put the blame on Markell

but I have always thought it was his office that goofed. Can you ask

them to reorder?

They must be running behind schedule. We just ordered a replacement

bar from Markell on Tuesday through Hanger Orthotics. The first time

we ordered the shoes/bar they were in the next day. Now we are told

it will be a week at least.
