Hi listmembers,

question from the Netherlands: what are the risks of whey? Is it only

technically, theoretically casein free? Do we speak of big risk of

contamination if we avoid whey (as in ghee, clarified butter, because

removal of all casein & whey is difficult)?

Many dieticians claim that whey is no risk. I take no such risk, but

some people need more 'proof' ...
