Guest guest
Chrissy - I have been reading all your emails with interest, but don't write every time because I don't want to bother you. Just know that you all are in my prayers. I know how hard it is to be away from the other kids and home for you, as well. Maddy update So last night Dr. H dropped in and at this time maddy was hysterical over the pain in her arm. Since maddy loves Dr. H she showed her the arm and right away she said theres a problem here. So at 8am today they took her back to the cath lab and pulled out the picc and replaced it in the left arm. It turns out the vein was inflammed. Then around 12pm they took her for her endoscopy. Everything looked pretty good her asophagus looked to be healing. They took a few biopsys but gave her the ok to eat, HURRAYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!! Don't ya know as soon as they order her dinner she throws up all over herself. We all agree tho it's probably from all the meds she recieved since she was put to sleep twice today. she only had a small reaction this time to the anastia. No rash just a really hot body. Dr. H said maddy has to be able to hold down food and gain weight so she can go home. We'll see how this goes. keep ya posted, Chrissy
