Guest guest
Honestly after my experiences with my husband's family members (in Chile) trying (and failing) to get toursit visas to come visit us I didn't hold out much hope. Usually Latin Americans looking for tourist visas have to show SIGNIFICANT financial holdings (house, large bank account etc). Sometimes if the consular officer is nice they are more inclined to take a chance (they seem to assume that any applying for a visa who is poor will not return and become an illegal alien). Also, and Jenn worked hard getting faxes down to the embassy in Lima, Peru from Magic and I really think that is waht did it! The consul did tell Deysi that most people out of 100 applicants are NOT approved so that she basically was able to walk in say " Hi " and have the consular officer tell her, " You are approved " is a miracle. , mom to , 5 and Emerence, 2 RSS/SGA 29 mo 21 lb 32 " > THAT IS JUST AWESOME!!!! > JODIE C
