I am doing an interview with a radio station on Monday morning. We

will talk about RSS and MAGIC. We will also be talking about this

years' Walk for MAGIC and they will continue to make announcements and

reminders about the walk. This broadcast will go out to 4 radio

stations throughout central Indiana. I am hoping that this will raise

awareness and interest in MAGIC and our walk. I hope to have a very

good turn out from our community this year. They will give an entry

donation to walk with us. The more that show up the more money we

raise…wheeeeeee !

Now is the time that I wish I had the ability to speak the way Jenn

and Kaity have done so many times for us at the convention or

fundraisers. Hopefully, I don't get on the air and sound like a

bumbling fool!!! lol

You will sound great - I'm sure. How about writing yourself a

script with answers to " typical questions? " You've probably already

figured that out - but, thought I would mention it. Let us know how

it goes - sounds awesome. You must have some great connections!

Have Fun!

Whenever I have had to speak in front of a group about RSS, I have

always just spoken from my heart. It has not been until last minute

that the ideas have come. I just think about it and all of a sudden

the words flow. You have to take a few deep breaths and let you mind

fly. You'll be surprised at what ideas come out and how easy it can

be. Good luck!

Absolutely wonderful!!!! I am very proud of you. The fact is that

MAGIC supports many other growth disorders besides RSS/SGA, and

radio announcements like yours will end up reaching many many needy

families that may not be RSS/SGA, but are struggling for information

just the same. Way to go!!!
