, I just boil my broth down, simmering it for a couple of hours and

add salt, and Mrs. Dash. Then I add the noodles and cook till tender. I

make this broth weekly, (which I make from the chicken back and pieces left

over after cutting a whole chicken for barbecued chicken, fried chicken

etc).and add diced onion, carrot and celery, but I only boil it way down

for the Ramen noodle substitute. The rest of the time I use the broth for

chicken and noodle soup. I make these for lunches.

I also make a white sauce and add chicken which I have boiled till it falls

off of the bones (using the broth for the white sauce). Then add boiled

noodles, pour into a casserole dish, top with crumbs and bake at 400 for

about 20 min or so. (kind of like a tuna casserole).
