Guest guest
Maybe this should be directed to Devin or , My 5 yr. old son's only dx is Microcephaly w/speech & motor delays. Speech being the biggest issue. In May, on the advise of our OT, we had him tested for Gluten & Casein, with the hopes that it would help him to start to speak. When those first results came back they were: Casein: >200 and Gluten was: 109.2 We started the GFCF diet in mid-June with maybe 3 accidental infractions in the past 4 1/2 months. Mid Oct I had him tested again and just received the results today. This is what they look like Casein 1.18 and Gluten 0.74 He was given EnzymeAid maybe twice before the retest. Is it really possible that the peptides could have decreased that drastically in such a short amount of time? Oh, the tests were done through Great Plains Lab Any suggestions, or reassurance that this is possible. Thanks, Rhonda in CA
