Guest guest
Hi all, I have a nice recipe (which I haven't yet tried, tho) for corn tortillas. Does anyone know of a good recipe (foolproof,he-he) for flour tortillas (gfcf of course)? I was thinking also of maybe something made out of a starchy flour, so it would look a lot like the real ones-whitish-? Would any starchy four work good with any recipe? (I have one called EZ tortillas, but says no starchy flour, and I was trying to do without rice to avoid the grainy texture; so the other flours are a little darker...what about a sorghum-cornstarch-millet (or bean flour) mix (still to yellowish?)? Does that sound awful to anyone? ) Thanks in advance (trying to avoid all the preservatives of the store bought ones). Cristina-WA ) Proud mom to 4.9 yo ASD, & 2.1 yo NT twins.
