Hi Everyone,

I just spoke with Peg who had her Lap BPD/DS yesterday by Dr Pomp at Mt

Sinai - and she sounds AWESOME!! I was amazed at how perky and bouncy she

sounds! She said she feels terrific.

She has met a woman from the wls lists named Michele who had her surgery

Tuesday and they have been doing laps around the nurses station together.

She had her leak test today and it sounds like she passed with flying

colors! She is on clear liquids but will probably be upgraded to stage 2

tomorrow.

She is in room 310B on the 10th floor at Sinai. Her phone number there is

. She would appreciate any and all phone calls as her family

was unable to stay with her at the hospital (and they are 5 hours away).

She wants me to pass along a big " Hi " to everyone and thanks for all your

support. It seems to be working!
