I am making a gfcf turkey but am considering putting the regular stuffing

inside and only giving Sam the turkey part. Do you think the risk of

contamination is too high? It seems that if I only give him the meat it

wouldn't be a problem. I will not be basting.

I let mine eat Grandmas turkey that had been stuffed- being very careful to

pull the meat only from the wings (thinking it would be less likely to have

absorbed the gluten). We went through two weeks of misery.

Amy,

why not just make a stuffing with GFCF bread. With all the seasonings,

onion, giblets, etc. it should still taste good and this way you will

avoid the cross contam. issue.
