Guest guest
I am making a gfcf turkey but am considering putting the regular stuffing inside and only giving Sam the turkey part. Do you think the risk of contamination is too high? It seems that if I only give him the meat it wouldn't be a problem. I will not be basting. Thanks, Amy
Guest guest
I let mine eat Grandmas turkey that had been stuffed- being very careful to pull the meat only from the wings (thinking it would be less likely to have absorbed the gluten). We went through two weeks of misery. Lolita >I am making a gfcf turkey but am considering putting the regular stuffing >inside and only giving Sam the turkey part. Guest guest
* Amy, why not just make a stuffing with GFCF bread. With all the seasonings, onion, giblets, etc. it should still taste good and this way you will avoid the cross contam. issue. in New York (LJs mom) * On Fri, 16 Nov 2001 06:21:18 EST markutter@... writes: > I am making a gfcf turkey but am considering putting the regular > stuffing > inside and only giving Sam the turkey part.
