Sorry for my seeing this email about your poor recipe results with the

semi Nutri-Grain breakfast bars so late just now. Please please please call

or email us or me specifically when you get results like this of ANY kind so

we can help either with baking tech suggestions, replacements, credits, or

at the very least modifying directions on the recipe/mix so the results

achieve our in house ones. For one 100% satisfaction is our aim, and for

two, without feedback we would never know to make change(s).
