Guest guest Posted November 3, 2001 Report Share Posted November 3, 2001 Hello, At least a half a year ago I got this great email from someone that gave me much information about going corn-free, but unfortunately at the time, I just couldn't add anything to my heavy load, so I didn't begin. Now I'm looking for the email and don't have it. I am in desperate need of information about going corn-free. Any little bit would help, where to begin...Her diet consists of " Eggs " in the morning with Ketchup (Corn), GFCF Bread w/ Fleischmann's No salt margarine (Corn), Smuckers Jelly (Corn) for school lunches and then dinner at home which is usually chicken, rice or potatoes, vegetable, etc... Baking of course has been great because Fleischmann's tastes so normal that the whole family eats GFCF desserts. I don't know how to even begin going corn-free. Is there a book out there that gives the ins and outs? I know that the corn is an issue, but have feared that it would be the most difficult to give up for quite awhile and due to my Father's (Hit & Run) Death two years ago, I couldn't seem to get my stuff together to begin, but It has been 2 years now and I need to get this started - I know that my daughter will benefit GREATLY!!!!
