Guest guest
I have good results with ambien when I take it. I take it a half-hour before I go to bed and I have no trouble sleeping. I wake up feeling good in the morning. I have had no sideeffects from it but everyone may have a different reaction. Set your alarm. NYC MT. Guest guest
Gunn, darlin.. Ambien is a very effective and gentle sleep aide. My sleep cycle was messed up after surgery, and I was given Ambien, too. Its very effective.. take it just as you're getting into bed. Once your sleep schedule is right again, you may feel less depressed. If not, then talk to your doc about an antidepressant. You'll feel better, hon, honest. Guest guest
Hi Gunn! I took Ambien for a couple of months to help me sleep when my arthritis was really flaring up. It never caused any side effects and didn't make me feel groggy the day after. It was VERY effective in helping me sleep and if you have to get up during the night for any reason move very carefully as you may be a little dizzy. Good luck!
