Guest guest
-Holly, Looks good, I get Clabber Girl Baking Powder, not sure about the one you listed. You sound like you are going into this with your eyes open. Good luck! -Janelle
Guest guest
Thanks Janelle... I am planning to start this on my next shopping trip. Unfortunately I think i am going to have to make a menu for all meals instead of just dinner! haha As far as baking powder - mine says the ingredients are baking powder and that is it. Then dummy me...ask for recipes and a few posts back there they are!!! Oh well...I was up way too much with my daughter last night and don't have a good mind tonight. Guest guest
Hi again, Holly, I think tonight I will be up a lot, so thought I would tell you some easy snacks you can get at the grocery store while you figure out what/where to order more... Snak Pak Lemon Pudding Cups Quaker mini Apple cinnamon rice cakes Raisins, Ghiradelli Double Choc Chips, Marshmallow Trail mix -That one is mainly for mommy! Be sure to get raisins in the boxes as the canisters are dusted with flour Minute Maid Frozen 100% Juice Bars MaltoMeal Chocolate Rice Crispy Looking Cereal(in the bag)with marshmallows and fleishman's unsalted= gfcf rice crispy treats ACT 2 Microwave Kettle Corn Homeade popcorn in the pan, with oil or air popped Nabisco Blues Clues Fruit Chewy Snacks(in the fruit roll up section) Gerber Fruit Chews(baby section, in a box) That's all I can think of. Have you found gfcfdiet.com? Of course there are a ton of healthy snack ideas, but, that isn't as fun to tell you about. LOL I mean vegetables and fruits, etc. I don't know what your additional no-no's might be, just wanted to throw some grocery store starters out to you! The first 2 or 3 weeks are the hardest. Then it is a piece of cake. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA It does get exponentially easier, though. I also went to gfcfrecipes.com and started at the first message and went on and ended up with a binder of recipes. Goodnight all! Janelle :-)
