Guest guest
Wishbone Italian is no longer gfcf. It contains gluten now. I called the company about 2 months ago and they told me that they had changed their formula and that it now contains gluten. Sorry. I just make my own now cuz my son loved the stuff too and it gets very discouraging when this happens. MA
Guest guest
This dressing sounds gfcf to me. We avoid corn syrup, though, as my kids react to corn syrup noticeably more than they react to sugar. My son also adores salad dressing (his dressing is Hempola, since he doesn't do well with the canola oil that is in the Follow Your Heart Creamy Garlic dressing the rest of us use.) I think his vinegar addiction may indicate yeast problems worth looking into For that matter, perhaps the corn syrup reaction indicates this as well. Guest guest
I have contacted Wishbone (via e-mail) about their Italian Salad dressing and was informed that they could not give me a " list " of gluten-free/casein free products because: - Lists of this type reflect products as formulated at a specific time - It is possible that more products/varieties may have been added - More important, changes in existing products may have occurred I was advised to read all ingredients carefully. The following are the ingredients for the Regular Italian (my son loves this stuff....he will down veggies with it!!!!): water, soybean oil, distilled vinegar, high fructose corn syrup, salt, garlic, onion, red bell peppers, xantham gum, spice, lemon juice concentrate, annatto and caramel (for color), calcium disodium, edta. Could you ingredient experts tell me which ingredients you think I need to do further investigating into? Thanks, Jen

Guest guest
I don't know I didn't bother to ask but someone had mentioned on the list that it wasn't gfcf anymore so I called to verify and they said it was no longer gluten free.
