eight year old cousin going thru puberty I believe

Hey everyone,

I have a cousin that is 9 1/2 years old. At about 8 years old, he

started getting pubic and facial hears. He is now getting body odor

and is shaving. His mother is getting worried about what is going

on, but his dad says that it's no big deal. Can someone please give

any advice as to what to tell them to do. Could he be going thru early

puberty? They live in Hammond LA and are on their way up here to

Shreveport because they do not have any water or electricity. If he

needs to see an endo. I am going to try to get him in to mine before

they go back home.
