Great to see you posting now, Diane. What a rough ride youve had but all

seems well now and Im glad for that. I knew that no matter what, you would

come thru ok. How is everything at home? Are you getting enough help so

you can rest, etc?

You know, on the issue of food, its hard to explain to somebody who hasnt

been there yet.....that food for the first time perhaps, gives you that

feeling of satiety that we never had before. I like sweets but they dont

hold the prominance they used to. I cant even stand the thought of ice

cream and I used to eat that stuff like crazy pre opt!

Anyway, take it easy and sip, sip, sip and walk, walk, walk!!
