Guest guest Posted October 27, 2001 Report Share Posted October 27, 2001 The HFS said this sprouted grain bread is OK. It is 100%flourless, but they use organic sprouted wheat, sprouted barley...ect. Does any one know if she knew what she was talking about? I have tried half-a-dozen bread recipes, some in bread maker, some baking and can't get it! I'm so frustrated with it! It is such a staple in our house and very important to my son so I need to get something soon! This Ezekiel Bread was more " normal " than most, but I was afaid to let him try it when we have just now got going good on this diet. W.
