Puffed rice for Dana,

Hi Dana,

Have you found a puffed rice without a cross contamination issue? I had

bought puffed rice from Arrowhead Mills and called them to verify and

they told me ALL their puffed cereals are sent out to be Puffed and are

puffed where they puff wheat too, and that there is a cross contam issue

and I shouldn't use their puffed cereals if on this diet, but that they

do sell gluten free cereals that they process without a cross contam.

I have not checked this one for cross issues, but I use Erewhon Rice

Twice cereal from my HFS, it says gluten-free on the label and my kids

have no problems with it.
