I understand this frustration. I dont know who your Cobra

Administrator is, but I work for CobraServ.. and I can promise you,

no checks sit around on anyones desk.. We have literally thousands of

payments each day, and over 100 people in our mail room processing

them. I do hope this experience is better for you than your last.
