Guest guest
Does anyone have a child that was born with club feet in both feet that now has one foot that didn't take well to the procedure of the Ponseti method. We had our son at the age of 10-12 days old checked out by a specialists in the ponseti method and did casting i believe 6-8 times. Then he preformed a achilies tendon release. He then had a cast for 4 weeks and then put into the awful braces which he did not take well too. Know my son left foot has limited plantar / dorsi flexion in his foot and continues to walk on the out side of his left foot. However his right foot has good range of motion in plantar/ dorsi flexion. Has anyone tried active relase therapy or myofascia release to help improve flexibility. I am looking for a way to improve his flexbility in both feet especially his left foot. He is 4 years old and i want to help him and other children like him. Thanks, Mike
