I kind of have a story in the same vein.... The other day I was over at the

grocery. We were waiting in the check-out line, and this lady in front of me

kept looking at my necklace, and then glaring at me!!

I totally didn't understand where THAT was coming from!! I have a cross (it

came from my great grandmother) on this necklace, that I wear all the time.

This summer I added the two silver rings (one says MAGIC, and the other says

BELIEVE) that I bought at the convention.

Well, the lady gets her groceries checked through, and starts to leave, when

she suddenly turns back, and says really loud, " You CAN'T be Christian,

because the Bible preaches against the belief in MAGIC!! THAT " , she says,

pointing at my necklace, " is sac-religious!! "

Before I could explain, she walked away!! I was SO embarrassed!!!

I did explain to the check-out girl, and she busted out laughing. Apparently

this lady lives down the street from her, and is a real " holy roller " ,

preaching at all the kids on the street. She couldn't WAIT for the next time

she saw her, so she could explain about my " special needs " g-son, and the

MAGIC Foundation! LOL
