Guest guest
Hi: does anybody know what to use as padding for the bar? So it doesn't bang up anymore of my furniture or walls? or where to get it at? thanks reid Austin - 8/1/05 BCF __________________________________________________
Guest guest
Pipe insulation padding works well-however, I would then cover it with a cloth/towel so that if the austin is a chewer-he isn't chewing on the insulation! We used the foam pipe insulation and wrapped it also around our furniture legs so that david wouldn't stub his toe or his little noggin. I have also heard handlebar covers for bikes. hth, kathleen mom to david 22 mo old bcf fab 12/7 and baby girl edd 9/1/06 > > Hi: does anybody know what to use as padding for the bar? Guest guest
We use that foam stuff that you put around coffee tables/ hearths, etc. We stuck that on the bar and put a bit of clear duct tape over that to keep it on better. It isn't the prettiest thing, but it works!
Guest guest
My husband has padded Kelsey's with pipe insulation and then covers that in duct tape (pink duct tape at that). This has worked great for us and it is very inexpensive. Guest guest
I just read you can use the carseat strap covers for a bar cover.
