Guest guest
Hello all... Im hoping you can answer a question about Kool Aid... I havent seen it on any of the food lists and good or bad... and upon checking the ingredients of several packages, Im not finding what it may contain that is not GFCF... Help please... my son lives on Kool Aid and while there is a wonderful list of different beverages, he has only drank Kool Aid for several years now until we added milk to his diet which will soon be changing over to something else. Thanks so much in advance Triss mom of Zack, 6 Autistic still researching diet
Guest guest
Lolita... Thank you so much for letting me know Kool Aid is GFCF... dyes I can handle another day... this is an immense relief to me. No Zack does not drink anything other thank Kool Aid and in the last 6 months milk... he stopped drinking milk when he went off the bottle which took until he was 3 years old. It took us a long time to get him to drink that and then pretty much by force. He flat refuses anything else tho I will be trying to implement other drinks... knowing Kool Aid doesnt ahve to go right away is a huge relief. Guest guest
Kool aid is gfcf- just full of dyes. Does your son not like Capri sun, Gatorade or hi-C? Lolita >... > believe me Ive tried about everything there is out there... my son is >extremely picky... not only will he just drink Kool Aid, but only red or >purple ones... Id be willing to let him drink it if indeed it were GFCF and >it was just the food coloring at least until I can get him to drink something >else other than that or milk.
