Walk for MAGIC...We can ALL do it...!

I wanted to encourage everyone that didn't participate in the Walk a

thons for MAGIC last year to join in this year. We had such a great

time that we have already scheduled our walk for this year.

It was very easy and we raised a good amount of money for MAGIC (for

the convention and the RSS division).

I have all my files on the computer so I can send them to anyone

that would like to do their own walk this year. Several families

approached me at the convention, so I wanted to be sure that the

families here knew about it as well. It is as simple as writing

your name and your child's name over the top of ours. I have all

the info on MAGIC and RSS so the hard part is done.

I have to say that we should ALL be members of MAGIC. The annual

membership fees allow them to do everything they do for us. They

have updated their web site and it continues to be a wealth of

information. Soon all their library files will be only a click

away. They support us with referrals and insurance problems.

Like Katy said, the majority of the knowledge that is shared on this

list serve evolved from the MAGIC library or the convention.

A small walk is manageable for any family and every contribution

counts. Imagine how much money would could raise this year if each

one of the families on this list serve raised just $100 a piece.

This money directly affects our children. If we can't do this for

our kids, who will???
