Guest guest
Hi Joann, Happy Holidays! Edamame is raw, green soybeans. The can be found in the freezer section with the vegetables or they can be found fresh at farmer's markets. They can be added to soups (if they are shelled), or steamed and eaten, with a little salt, by popping the shells and eating them. They are soooo good! They have a bean- y texture and are filling, full of protein and fiber! And they have a full serving of isoflavones for those who want soy, but don't like it! I hope you find some soon and try them! They are delicious! Ann
