Hi Joann,

Happy Holidays! Edamame is raw, green soybeans. The can be found in

the freezer section with the vegetables or they can be found fresh at

farmer's markets. They can be added to soups (if they are shelled), or

steamed and eaten, with a little salt, by popping the shells and eating them.

They are soooo good! They have a bean- y texture and are filling, full of

protein and fiber! And they have a full serving of isoflavones for those who

want soy, but don't like it! I hope you find some soon and try them! They

are delicious! Ann
