Hi,

We've been told that the bones behind 's ears are out of

alignment. Alternative treatments are helping a little. wore the

helmet a long time starting at 12 months, and although the helmet

helped his head a lot, I don't think it helped his ears. 's ears

are fairly mild, but I assume alternative treatments could help in your

case.

Best,

KJ

around 7-8 weeks left in this band.

While his asymmetry has improved dramatically, his ears are still very

noticeably misaligned. I've read posts on here about ears improving,

but no one seems to talk about them NOT improving.

Is it common for ear alignment not to improve? I'm figuring there is

nothing we can do about it if the helmets have not improved it. Or

could we try something else like CST?

Ear shifting is supposed to be one of the more difficult things to correct, but it does happen. My daughter's corrected from 6mm to 2mm in 15 weeks. 7-8 weeks is still a lot of time left in the band to see improvement in the ears. Good luck!-AmyFrom: helmetheadmomma <candice.lancaster@...>Plagiocephaly Sent: Tue, August 31,
