I have to admit my secret. Since I haven't been walking much for the better part of almost 2 years...and since I always have to keep my leg up, my computer is next to my bed. The monitor is on a swing arm and the keyboard is on my lap! As long as I am partially slouching, I am pretty comfy. However, I do fall asleep all the time with my arm up on the desk and my hand on the mouse! Man oh man...laughing... does that cause " cold " arm! Today was pretty rotten. Got a new prescription of antiobiotics as the other one had me in the loo praying! Also got a prescription of compazine. Read the advice on the list and found I could drink a lot of warm tea where I can't seem to stomach crystal light, water or anything else right now! Now this evening, I am feeling much better. No more fever...a little of that sub nausea going on and a lot more perky! Whoduthunkit! Hugs, Theresa 11-19 DR. Guest guest
*warm hugs* Theresa it gets better....I remember I was so angry when I heard that as a brand new post-op but it does....I remember I was doing peppermint tea with my naseau it helped.....What finally completely cured my naseau after a few weeks was some coke....I DO NOT RECOMMEND soda this early post-op.....Things will get better before you know it....As for typing in bed...I have my laptop on top of a tray table on my bed right now....and I am loving it! I am praying that your recovery be swift and healthy! Lisbeth Theresa wrote: > > Theresa, I am so glad to see you up and about and able to post!!!!!!
