Ideas needed

My son has been on the diet for 3 weeks now and I am at my wits end.

I work full-time and my husband stays at home with the kids (while

attempting to work). He does not like to cook nor does he have the

time. I feed my kids breakfast in the morning before I go to work

and fix dinner the moment I get home. My husband warms up food for

lunch but that is the extent of it. We have relied in the past on

canned soup, PB & J, corndogs, toquitos or leftovers for lunch. Now,

due to the diet most of the easy to prepare foods are out. Also, my

kids are ready for dinner the moment I get home. There is not much

time to prepare food. I have no problem spending my weekends baking

and freezing but do you have any ideas as to what I can get my

husband to warm up during the day? Please, I need food ideas, not

advise on my marriage.
