Guest guest
I was just at the health food store, and this is what one of the employees there told me: Guar Gum is sometimes used in place of MSG; also, sometimes MSG itself is labeled as guar gum as an interchangeable label. Carrageenan (seaweed derivative) is a natural source of MSG. She seemed quite knowledgeable. I'm wondering if anyone else has gotten any of this?
