does anyone know off the bat, how often you can give a child an epsom salt

bath?i gave my son one last night and he loved it. Iguess the trick is to

get them to sweat,he really liked the hot water (not burning hot) i did

notice it took him a long time to perspire, i was long before him just from

being in the room. thanks sharon

Loren, I've read that we release toxins through perspiration, and that some

people use epsom salt baths in warm (as can be tolerated) water as a means of

chelation, along with other natural treatments....i have no idea of the

validity of this or if anyone has ever any documented results. i have no

idea what part the epsom salt plays in this process, i know the are used as a

soaking solution to draw out splinters, perhaps they can help draw out

toxins from our bodies? wouldn't it be nice...If i find where i read about

them I'll post later I know they were used in " unraveling the mysteries of

autism and PDD " but i've read about them in several other sources as

well...give it a try it can't hurt and they really are relaxing! Sharon C.

One use is for phenols, the epsom salts help phenol-sensitive children

to process the phenols and reduce and/or eliminate reactions.

Sweating helps the salts enter the body system so they can work on the

phenols. Here is my info on that.
