Speaking of yeast die off...

Hi,

That was all very interesting. I am in day 2 of treating yeast,

actually my child is, but anyway, I haven't noticed any of these

changes. I am starting very slowly. What if I don't notice any

changes? The only change I really WANT to see as they are the most

apparent are decreased tummy aches, sugar cravings, and chronic yeast

on bottom area. So, will I possibly not see the changes in the potty

like you have mentioned or the unusual behavior?

PS

I haven't gone cold turkey with eliminating yeast in the diet. Just

heavily reduced the obvious offenders.
