Guest guest
Thanks for the info . The dye-free/allergy-free Benedryl is confirmed that it is gf & cf. It worked for us for over a year, however, like with everything else, he's just become immune to it. We just started using the DMG and vit.C for tommy.. and yesterday I started him on the folic acid and calcium. I noticed a HUGE difference when adding the folic acid with the dmg. Last night, we all got a full nights sleep once again. I forgot how good that feels. I think you're right on the phenolic foods. Yesterday we stopped juice at 4pm, and it was water or dairy-free till 8.. and bed at 9. He did great. Only took him 10 minutes to fall right to sleep. So I think it comes down to me just having to play around with his diet some more.. if I can do this without having to put meds into his daily rituals, then I'll be VERY happy.
