yeast is good for alot of things but i just wanted to mention that for

those with yeast problems vinegar is definately not a good thing. vinegar is

literally spoiled wine, which is a fermented product. So for those with

yeast issues it's best to stay away from vinegar and this means ketchup,

mustard, dressings etc.

Hi, Janelle

I went back to my save-folder and found your note here. But, then I could found

any reply to your question. Did I miss saving it?or there's no one reply to your

question?

Thank you for your info,

Melody

Does this mean you shouldn't even clean with vinegar? Or just use the apple

cider?

Is all vinegar is GF. I have read and heard a lot of mixed messages.

My son has to stay GFCF but has no problems with yeast. It is easy to

cook for my children without vinegar, however, my husband and I are

going to follow the diet and I love vinegar. Does anyone have a list

of acceptable vinegar? Also, is wine GF or is there a beer that is

GF, i.e. rice beer?

Thank you for your help.
