I was hoping someone could help me convert the family Thanksgiving mashed potatoe recipe. 5 lbs potatoes (peeled, cooked, & drained) 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese 1 cup half & half cream 1/2 cup butter 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper Mix everything together and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
