I have a problem with translation, when you write: " my son crawls " , do you mean that he moves like a snake on the ground (i.e. with is stomac on the floor) or that he moves like a cat (i.e. on his knees like)? thanks anna from italy
Guest guest
Hi - speaking for myself, I refer to crawling when the baby is on hands and knees (or a variation of that) and like a cat, as you say. I would call the other (snake) position " creeping " . I hope this helps you! > > hi all! > > I have a problem with translation, when you write: " my son crawls " , do you > mean that he moves like a snake on the ground (i.e. with is stomac on the > floor) or that he moves like a cat (i.e. on his knees like)? > > > thanks > > anna from italy >
Guest guest
grazie! my vocabulary doesn't translate correctly. however, in italian to crawl = gattonare (from gatto = cat) and to creep = strisciare (from striscia = stripe) Lorenzo creeps going backwards and only from a few days he creeps goging ahead in the hour he doesn't wear the FAB. he can stay like a cat, but he hasn't been able to move yet. I can't immagine how he'll crawl with the FAB on, could you describe to me? how does he move the knees? ciao e grazie anna from italy mom to ale0202 and lorenzo0805 rcf 23/24 " " wrote: > > Hi - speaking for myself, I refer to crawling when the baby is on > hands and knees (or a variation of that) and like a cat, as you say. > I would call the other (snake) position " creeping " . Guest guest
- You'll be surprised how fast he'll crawl in the FAB! Lucas is very fast in his. He just swings his feet back and forth. Try moving his legs around while he's in the FAB and you'll be able to see how it works. The FAB doesn't slow them down at all! Ciao! Guest guest
We just laugh because he doesn't even lift his knees off the ground. He looks like a wind-up toy! He sort of pulls his legs along the ground and yet he has the whole Elvis hip swivel thing going on!
