Why do I need to journal? What do I write down and how often?

Ross has been peeing in the potty kinda for a little over 2 months now. He

tells us when he has to go, but at school he doesn't. They bring him and

the class every hour. Recently, past 2 days, Ross has been urinating

alot. He goes when they bring him, but he also is having

accidents. Sometimes it seems he doesn't go that often and other days, we

are on the potty every 5 minutes. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any

suggestions?
