I'm struggling with gfcf lunch ideas-any suggestions? Would love to hear

what you serve. My son wants gfcf chicken nuggets daily. He's ok with it

but I feel bad giving him the same thing (I know -get over it). I worry

about developing more allergies to foods eating the same thing over & over.

Thanks

Kathy

Kathy,

I have the same problems. Feel like I send the same thing everyday. I tried

making the chicken fingers, but they smelled like fish so he apparently

didnt' eat them. ( I thought they were good). He also likes Dinty stew,

Libby's veinna sausage. And of course there is always good old pb & j...LOL

Also send fresh fruit. And i made some zucchini bread awhile back and tryed

to add a few extra veges in it....the food processor did real well in hiding

them.

Good luck,

Rhonda

All my daughter will eat for lunch is tuna fish sandwiches. Which isn't really

tuna because I am afraid of the mercury. I switched to canned chicken about a

year ago. I mix it up just like tuna and she can't tell the difference. Shhh

nobody tell her.
