Chrissy, we haven't stopped thinking of Maddy and we are so glad to

know she is in the medical care of Dr. H. Wish I could be there for

you. Hugs to you both.

Chrissy,

I've been trying to call you and now I know why your line is busy

again. You are on the computer!!! That really is terrible about

Maddy's esophagus being so irritated and all. And not being able to

eat even longer.... I'm so sorry. Please know that Jodie and I will

make another trip in to see you next week. I was hoping that you

would be home, but I guess that won't come to be just yet.

I am going to call you this weekend and again ask you what you need.

You better tell me and be specific! Even if you need clothes, I will

bring them. Just let me know. Whatever you need, we will bring it.

Hang in there, friend. We are all pulling for you. And eventually I

will get through on the phone. I assume your husband cannot make it

in this weekend? If that is the case, let me know. Maybe I'll go in

on Sunday to keep you company. I don't mind at all.

Chrissy,

I don't know if you know me, but I have been reading about Maddy and just

wanted to let you know that we are thinking of you. I live about 1.5 from

NY and know that both Jodi's have been in to see you, but if there is

anything we can do, please let us know. My husband works in the city. Hang

in there.

I hope you both enjoy dinner tonight. Is there

anything I can send in for you or Maddy with the

Jodi(e)s tomorrow? Toys, clothes for Maddy, books for

her or you anything?

  • 1 month later...

We got a new accu check and it's amazing how fast her sugar was normal.

Her needle fell out again today after it was just put in on Sunday. I can't

wait till this TPN thing is over. No word on surgery yet.
