Evebaby... let's take another look at this! At 5'1 " some charts (not mine,

but that's another story) say your ideal weight would be 122 pounds which

leaves you with 185 pounds of excess weight. You usually only plan to lose

approximately 85% of that, so your goal weight loss would be 157 pounds,

with your ideal goal weight at 150 pounds.

Having lost 75 pounds, as you said, you have already lost 41% of your excess

weight. However, if you figure how much you've lost toward your goal

weight. you're already 48% toward your goal! You're HALF WAY there! And

that's only at 4 months post op. Wow! You're phenomenal!

So, get some new clothes and recognize that you are absolutely terrific!
